We would like to introduce you to some of our recent appointees:
Gayle Stephen has been appointed as administrator for UCAN. Gayle joins us from another cancer charity, where she was a fundraising support assistant for seven years. She will be responsible for overseeing all the administration duties of the charity with her time being split between fundraising, the UCAN Care Centre and research.
 Sara Cox has been appointed to head up the University Research Team, which is funded by UCAN. Sara comes from the Institute of Work, Health and Organisations at University of Nottingham, where she was an Associate Professor in Health Psychology. Work now begins on the Patient Information Needs Programme and the production of the 11 Plain English Guides which would help patients with various aspects of urological cancers and in particular will aid decision making on choice of treatment.
