Do I need to register to visit the forum and read the messages?
No. Anyone can browse through the messages just by visiting the section. However, you will not be able to participate until you have registered and logged on.

How do I register to enable me to use the forum?
You will have to contact Catherine Paterson (UCAN Research Nurse) - 01224 559086 c.paterson@abdn.ac.uk or Linda Pennet (Care Centre Specialist Nurse) - 01224 550333 lpennet@nhs.net in order to become registered to use the forum. They will facilitate this process on your behalf.

What will happen to my details when I register?
Any details you submit to us are strictly confidential and treated in confidence. We will never pass these details outside the organisation.

Help! I've forgotten my password!
If you have registered your email address ‘click’ the link for forgotten password. Please note that this facility can only be used if you have supplied us with your e-mail address, otherwise please contact Catherine Paterson – (01224) 559086 c.paterson@abdn.ac.uk or Linda Pennet (Care Centre Specialist Nurse) - 01224 550333 lpennet@nhs.net.

What can I post on the boards?
You can post anything you like that relates to the themes of the boards. It's your area! However, in order to keep the boards focused, we may move topics to another area if we feel that would be more appropriate.

Do you delete posts?
We will delete posts that we consider offensive or that are likely to have legal implications. We reserve the right to edit or delete posts without prior warning.

I don't agree with a message on the board. What should I do?
Post a response! This is your area, and we're keen to encourage everyone to express their opinion.
The boards are monitored for inappropriate or offensive comments, but if a particular message causes you concern, please email site administration.
